Help,I am brand new to this, how do you put a background on your webpage? I uploaded the picture but now I don't know where to go from there. And how do you build a link? Also I wanted to dedicate this page to my poems but i can't get them on there either!!

Hello all. I am now building my first website for a club I am a member of. I have been encountering some problems, however, especially with uploading documents. I know that you can only upload pictures so, I ended up scanning my document into my computer as a picture and then uploading it. When I did this, the document came out way too big. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks. Alex

I have added a link to my page and on the homepage it shows correctly Melodyspoems: that is with an s at the end , and under 2 of the sites also in the drop dawn box if you go to A miracle in the eyes of God, then try to go in Melodyspoems it doesn't bring up the correct page, it says Melodyspoem: with out an s , but if you view source and also look in editor it shows the correct file name with an s but it isn't showing the correct page : it says it is saved but it isn't bringing it up on some pages but it is on others and everything is the same

Page Views...Previews from Web Shell Included?

Does anyone know if your Page Views count includes all the times you preview a page you're working on in your Web Shell? My count seems to be higher on days I've worked on my site.

I have a weird problem. I'm using the Angelfire basic editor.
I changed the URL for a page, from Rebirth.html, to COMICS/DC/Rebirth.html. After doing so my background image no longer shows. That's weird because I haven't changed the name of the pic location.
HELP
Any ideas ????

I have several reply form pages on my site. They have all worked perfectly well for the past 4 years but now none of them seem to be functional. When I press the submit button I get the message that there seems to be a problem, contact the site management. I have not had occasion to do this before. How do I contact the site management?

Hi. I am new to website building and am having a problem. Im in the webshell, have my site up such as it is, but Im trying to upload a file to the page and havent a clue how to do it. Its a .rar file, not an image or html file. Any hints? I have the file itself downloaded to the webshell but have no idea how to get it on the page. I think Im missing something somewhere....Doh! so here's the problem... i manage a website for a friend. she finally got fed up with the ads and stuff so we decided to upgrade to the Xenon package. well they're gone, yay. but my problem is, now that we've reserved the domain, how do we transfer the pages to it?

I went ahead and took advantage of the $19.95 a year domain change. Because email comes with it, I went to my index page, which has had a link to my personal email address for the last couple years. I was thinking of changing to the domain link to my personal email.

I went to my webshell, and even though the link to my email address appears on the index page of the web site, it's nowhere to be found on the webshell. Any idea of why and what I need to do?

hm..ok...I have this website and I try to to put music to it...so like i was wondering in what way can I do so when people enter to my website, it doesn't show the 'download' thingy to download the song....because i've been in other side, and it automatically plays without showing the download box...

Ok, here's the deal, when i try to view my page from another computer it asks me for my username and password. How do I undo this stupidness. Also everytime i try to view a page it creates a file called .cnt. Like, say i try to view my index.html page, angelfire will automatically create a file called index.cnt. What is the deal?!?

Im new here and I am trying to make a new page but everytime i click 'create'(i make sure it has .html after it) it says an "error occured while opening th file" I keep trying but it keeps saying the same thing. What's wrong with it?? I'm really lost right now. please help me!
