I am wanting to know why after the text on my page, there are so many wingdings. My address is www.angelfire.com/yt3/stacyssida

Good Day to all

Wingding is a font found on most computers that displays the symbols as each letter. If the winding font is NOT installed on the computer it WILL be displayed as normal text.

I do not see any wingdings on your page, just a foreign language (Russian possibly?), mixed with some english text. Solution, remove the wingding font from your computer.
