bandwidth details for neon level description

It seems as if the hourly bandwidth usage graph from the bandwidth detail section is gone. Any plans to bring that back? Or do I have to upgrade to get that information again?

The bandwidth details are still unavailable with a gray square box where the graph used to be. Do you have any additional feedback on this issue?
