HELP
Mood:  irritated
Topic: HTML Questions
Please someone help me!!!! I just signed up for a free webpage for my girlscout troop. After choosing a "prefix" and domain name I decided to upgrade to a $4.95 per month program which would give me a .com domain. Except now, I can't figure out how to change it to the web address I want. I'm signed up for www.angelfire.com/jazz/troop524 I want www.troop524.com. My credit card was charged and I don't know what I am doing! Help!

I don't think the AF $4.95 per month program comes with a domain name. That's the basic plan and that just removes the ads. You can upgrade to a plan that comes with a domain name or purchase a domain name elsewhere to point to your ad free paid accout ..... but the URL you want looks like it's already registered to a boyscout troop in Kansas.

You can't just pick any domain name. It must be available and then you must register it for a fee.

hope that helps
