I know that the trade off for a free site is going to be pop-ups or ads, but my site has so many angelfire ads, pop-ups and side bars that it is difficult to find the content in my site.

i went to your page, and got no popups and just the one ad at the top of your page. And of course, the annoying sidebar. However, you have a lot of white space at the bottoms of your panes.

one popup and one ad at the top of the main fram on the left fram at the bottom you are using too many <br> tags that you don't need, on the index page you have too many links without text.
