You have to work it out with whoever you bought the domain name from. (In this case, I think that would be TuCows... but I really can't tell for sure.)
If you bought the domain name from Angelfire / Lycos Domains, you can do it transparently and though the Angelfire tools. However, Angelfire doesn't currently have any way for you to do the "domain assignment" with a domain name that you don't purchase through them.
