Picture only appears after page is refreshed
I have put an image on the home page of my site, entitled 'untitled.bmp'. I inserted it by html. In the page preview (in the Angelfire html editor) it appears, but when I actually go into the website it doesn't appear unless I refresh the page.

I find this very strange, Is tehre someone who can help?

thanks

Web browsers have cache features which will cause some pages that have been updated to not appear as the latest version until you refresh. (Some browsers need a hard refresh to see some types of changes... you do that by holding down shift when you click on refresh.)

Nothing to worry about. New visitors will see the new version of your page and in a couple of minutes you should too. But hitting refresh doesn't hurt anything.
