What does the file upload button do info here
http://help.lycos.com/angelfire/a_q_2.asp

be sure the file is named correctly with the .mp3 extension, with no spaces or unusual chracters in the file name, hypen and underscore is allowed, choose to upload the file from the web shell and then browse your computer to find the file.....

if it's a large file size(mp3's are ususally well over 2mb) on a dial-up connection it will take a while to upload....and I suggest if it's a large file size that you do not autoplay it as background music on your
homepage...offer it as a download using a link to the file or if using an embedded player set it to autostart=false......

this is for embedding midi files but it will work for .mp3 files
