I have an upgraded Angelfire account.  I have been trying to get help for over a week now with no response.  Live Chat help has never been "online" for me, so I've had to manually submit questions.  My upgrade account says to expect a response in 24-48 hours, and it has been well over 140 hours!

 How can I get help?  I'm in urgent need in order to help out the charity orginization I'm building a sub domain for.

The major problem I am currently having is am I unable to access my website via a mapped network drive, or via Frontpage.  It either fails saying the web server is down, or that my FP extensions aren't turned on.  They are on, and I have been accessing the site in this manner for years.  This has happened to me twice in the last week.  The first time, things were "fixed" the next day, but this time it has been 2 days with it being "broke".


My biggest beef is that I upgraded my account on the fact that I get live chat support and quicker response to e-mails, and that does not seem to be the case.

March 4-5 2008. Amybody else having trouble saving their edited web pages? All I see is an error, and my changes are lost, not updated. No response from customer support for 24-hours, after 3 tickets opened. Must be a big problem, too big to reply?
