i have this picture on my index page that I for people to click on then they auto-matocally enter my site how do you do that?

you are remote linking the image from other site, that is not nice. 
right click the image save to your computer, upload the image to your directory in angelfire.
then link it like this

Actually, I think that direct-linking from Photobucket is okay if it's your own account - it seems to be an image-storage service for people who don't have space anywhere else. (Otherwise, direct-linking is a big no-no.) But with your Anglefire space, there's no need to direct-link, and it's easier to keep the image in your directory.
