What do you mean by normal way? Since your blog is in a subdirectory you need to use the full http:// URL of your site - https://www.angelfire.com/goth2/eternal_dark - to link to it because your site is in a higher level directory.

you have it this way
www.angelfire.com/goth2/eternal_dark/musicblog

to make it work you can add http:// to it like this
https://www.angelfire.com/goth2/eternal_dark/musicblog

or just use

musicblog
