I was able to change the style background, but wont save, when i publish my page it posts with no background...what am i doing wrong.

Hi, I am using the free angelfire software. I am not certain how to show you, but its in the style tab, its one of the templates called "tools" I am able to change it and save to my styles "webons". but it wont publish?
