I can't add a new subdomain. I am using 0 of my 5 available subdomains and each time I try to add a new one, it brings me back to the "Domains Info" screen. Any suggestions?

This sounds like one of two things.
1. There's an error occuring in your account.
2. There's something wrong with subdomains in general.
Either way, the best way to get this fixed is to contact support.
