How does a person get to the blog after they have created it. Is there a certain address or can you setup one as a subdomain of your main domain?

the address will be your site address plus the subdirectory you published the blog to such as .....
https://www.angelfire.com/extreme5/gcmnwv/somesubdirectory/
If you're not sure of the URL, you should be able to reach it by clicking on the blog name in the main blog control panel if the site has been published. When it views, copy the URL from the browser location bar and/or bookmark it.
And yes, you should be able to set it up as a subdomain if you wish.
