Could you please advise the specific URL in question?

Firstly, I would change the Background Color to white, rather than red,
just in case the Background image doesn't load.

I couldn't see anything wrong with your main page....such as the problems
you mentioned. I also checked a few of your links and couldn't see what you described...

Try refreshing your browser.

Ok, I checked out 'senior pictures' page and can see
what is disturbing you.

I am sorry, but I am unable to personally help you
with that issue, being a user of the most basic
and simple HTML codes. You seem to be using some kind of template in your page design.

Perhaps the other helpers on the Blog will be able to advise better in this particular instance.

See my test page here:
this is the only way I can think of doing it....

https://www.angelfire.com/mi2/magoosplace/test_album/

I fomated the layout of your text a bit also.
like I bolded the heading of your packages...
r/c on my test page and choose to view the source of my page and see if you can find the area of the html of the text I added.....

basicly I just took what you have and centered it using the <center>
</center>

and added it to the bottom of the main page.btpl before the </body>
</html>

post back and let me know what you think. it's hard to get everything in prospective with the album pages....
so this might be the way to go...I have tried many things and this seemed to work the best...

I like it thanks a ton. Do you know if there is a way to have typed info in the center, thumb nails to the far left, and then the larger picture on the far right. I do want the larger picture up top but I also don't want all the typed info on the bottom for example wedding Albums. Its so hard to explain.
