can't make a new page

Im new here and I am trying to make a new page but everytime i click 'create'(i make sure it has .html after it) it says an "error occured while opening th file" I keep trying but it keeps saying the same thing. What's wrong with it?? I'm really lost right now. please help me!

make sure to select create a file button, and no empty space in the name of the filelike this
