Hi this might be a stupid question: I'm trying to get a text file to open on my site. When you click a link i need a text file to open. SI far all I can find are ways to open images.
Help !!

re text files.... save them with a .txt extension and upload them etc. just like you would any other file.
But just to clarify, a text file is just that -plain unformatted text that can be read by any computer anywhere. This is what a plain text program like Notepad creates. That's not the same as a Windows only text document created in a word processor and saved as a .doc which basically only Windows users can open and read.
