I have a web form up on my webpage however I am not getting the results all the time, sometimes I do and other times I don't. Is there something wrong with my coding or is it something else?? Please help.

You are getting some of them means nothing wrong with the form,
not getting some, check your spam box you may find some there, or your mail server is blocking the sender.

I would recommend using www.mycontactform.com , instead of angelfires form handler...
It's very reliable.
