Webshell Corrupts File

Since the redesign of Angelfire, when I save a file, the webshell converts my quotation marks and hyphens to code like this: "Merging into Completeness" becomes “Merging into Completeness,â€Â

Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it?

That only happened when I was copy and pasting from Word into the editor.  If I copy and pasted from notepad, I never had my quotes get all weird.
